About US
We are stakeholders with the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) in the State of Maryland, specializing in the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) sector. We serve funded adult participants through various DDA-approved services, including Residential Services, Employment Services, Community Development Services, Personal Support Services, Respite Care, Shared Living, Transportation, and Day Habilitation Services. Our participants' primary diagnoses include autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, muscular dystrophy, ALS, Rett syndrome, and others.
We also support participants with behavioral challenges, aiming to minimize or eliminate antecedents using the expertise of psychology associates and trained staff. Additionally, we serve dually diagnosed, forensic, and court-committed participants, ensuring compliance with probation requirements and the Community Forensic Aftercare (CFAC) program.
Our primary focus is the integration of our participants as functional members of the larger community. We facilitate interactions between our participants and their nondisabled peers in meaningful activities of their choosing.
